LoL, that makes sense if in virtually all other taxa with wings it does refere to clear wings. Ah, well, never mind.

Is it the same one? May 29, 2007, size 4 mm.
Actually I started with browsing wing patterns in Seguy and just couldn't decide whether it's
T. immaculata or
Vidalia spinifrons.

Indeed, it's a T. immaculata.
Vidalia (or Stemonocera, if you like) is less brightly coloured.
