Here in Britain, 2mm is about average for a pseudoscorp - they can be twice that size!
This one looks like a
Chernes or related genus, but i don't know what you'd get in Tanzania.

Yes, I meant bigger that the ones I see here

The biggest one I found was also 2 mm but others were smaller. That was a Neobisium which I kept for 4 months and fed with collembolas.
