This is an Usia, there are three species with this wing pattern, aenea, aenoides and similis. Idenification nearly always requires a specimen. I am particularly intersted in this genus and would welcome specimens from anyone willing to let me borrow them for a while.

By the way, the flower is NOT Taraxacum officinale, not even Taraxacum.

those three and:
U.Micrusia: aurata, loewii, pusilla, versicolor
U.Usia: angustifrons, arida, atrata, engeli, florea, ignorata, martini, pallescens, vestita

but there are a few sps that occur in portugal and not in spain
