Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Chalcid wasp ID

Any Ideas on this rather beautiful Chalcid wasp. Taken yesterday South Coast UK 2.6mm body length not including ovipositor.

My first taught is Torymidae, but the wings are too long. Wait for an expert opinion.
