All the right Jizz (see Glossary) for
Fannia and dorsoventrally flattened abdomen (dorsum etc. also Glossary) -compare abdomen with the conical abdomen of Thricops (Gallery Muscidae) Anal vein correct; hemispherical head ; and so I think I can see exactly dorsal bristle on below middle ie in apical (distal) half of hind tibia. The small size, glossy black body/legs with nothing special about the middle tibia
(it is a male I think please confirm) (mid tibiae are bristle ornamented and odd shapes in some species point to
serena (Fallen, 1825) A common species but don't let this influence you when using the key or we will never find rare flies) Don't hold me to it but 80% sure
