Walked on the leaves of Alnus.
Size 3-4mm.

I cannot exclude species that are not in my key to Dutch species, but I arrive at
Chamaepsila pectoralis
. Virtually all characters mentioned in that key agree with this picture. Family Psilidae.

Alright it's funny, when I think it's a Psilidae it's actually a Chloropidae, and vice versa
