Yesterday-evening I saw this shining little fly.

After I made one shot, it was also gone..

For this fly I've got also to do with this picture

What kind of fly is this?

Rhinophora lepida is out at the moment - they are quite shiny, small and bristly and like to sun themselves in gardens. But really I can't see enough of this one to know for sure With those red eyes it could be a sarcophagid - how large was it?
