Hi, is this a lepidopteran larva? About 3 cm long, in decaying pine?? wood.

Yes, it's Lepidoptera - Oecophorinae. Possibly
Esperia sulphurella
or
Oecophora bractella
, but I'm not sure how to tell the larvae apart.
