dear people the first 2 picture are taken 22april09, the last 16june09 near Rotterdam.
i guess that i spotted A. pluvalis female nearly 2 month later than i saw the males?
can i be shure or do we have another lookalike?
I have my doubts cause the sculettum and spots are so diffrent!

At the risk of repeating myself endlessly: You can't be sure about these Anthomyia species from photographs, only make a probability guess. The male is probably procellaris (not pluvialis) because of the black pattern of the post sutural band. Its very common. In the south of Europe it could be quinquemaculata or very rarely bazini, only genitalia will tell. Females of Anthomyia are more difficult on thoracic pattern; I would not like to speculate from a photo, but the dates are not significant.
If you require a definitive det. you will have to catch a specimen and take up taxonomy full time.
