Chen Young told me: "looks like species in the Tipula (Tipula) group. I don't know what species of T. (T.) are occurring in your area. It could be T. paludosa, T. oleracea, or other species."

Well it is not easy to be sure only with these photos. But probably it is a T. oleracea... but it is not certain.

I also think it is a Tipula (Tipula) sp. The ventral anal lobes (the lower) are quit rounded as in T. paludosa. In T. olereacea the ventral anal lobes are more or less pointed. Unfortunately there are some undescribed species in this subgenus, so you will never know for sure.
