Anything else to be said about this fellow seen in the garden a couple of days ago....Family?

Anthomyiidae, Delia radicum L. male. Note the short but dense setulose hairs on hind femur ventrally, which get longer towards base, diagnostic for this species which is a common pest of crucifers
