The first is a female, probably
S. scripta indeed (females are difficult to ID in this genus).
The second looks like
S. scripta too, a male. But... I think it is another species, and without genitals under a binoc not IDable to species level. Do you have another pic of the same specimen, with the wings alongside the body?

Because of this warm soft brown bands?

I will search if I do have. This hoverfly was only on a short trip on my flowers.

Andre, the pic's were not shot in serie sorry - you are right
I found only this picture which shows more of the "back-end" from the second hoverfly
