I didn't notice it when I took the photo. What can it be?

Size: ~1mm or less
Date: 27 June 2009
Location: In a wet ravine (Helsingborg, Sweden)

look like a Ceratopogonidae member !

Hi!
It should be Forcipomyia egues - this species is known to be parasite of the green lacewings. But the midge is too small to ID from photo.
