Hello,
On the window while I was cooking, is it Medetera sp?

I've got a problem with the vein I pointed, which I don't see on pictures of this genus

Yes. Medetera. Cooking and seeing dipterans at the same time while cooking should be what any real dipterologist must do. Grin
it seems a very small pyschodid the meal...

It is a wing fold rather than vein, sometimes very distinct in Dolis.
Medetera flavipes looks like jacula, but having yellow legs.

This is the vein of the other wing which is shining through.

As for its meal - I wonder whether this is more likely to be a very small moth. Doesn't look quite right for a psychodid. Any other opinions?
