Hi Nikita - lovely photo, and everything is right for Tabanus bromius, but I wouldn't like to commit myself without seeing the specimen

I'm triing to understand the difference between bromius and maculicornis. Not easy case?

The differences between bromius and maculicornis are not very marked, and separating them can be difficult because bromius is quite variable. Here's a couple of characters.- T. maculicornis tends to have antennae all of one colour (light or mid brown), while bromius usually has dark brown basal segments and blackish third segment. The alula is narrower in maculicornis. T. maculicornis tends to look blacker than bromius.
It's easier when you have some specimens of both for comparison!

Thank you Tony, your characters work better than those in my key.
I observed collected http://www.diptera.info/forum/viewthread.php?forum_id=5&thread_id=2196&pid=9067#post_9067 and it has to be realy T. maculicornis.
All four fresh collected Tabanus (one of its onthis thread) looks as T. bromius.
Nikita
