Syrphidae. An excellent book with lots of pics and beatiful illustrations, with notes on distribution and ecology. They had impressed me both the quality of the edition and the long years´ work to prepare a complete book like that.
In dutch, but not really more difficult to "follow" than european family´s book.
Congratulations, Theo and the other people who had made it possible.

2009, and it´s the biggest Diptera´s book I´ve got by now (about 30x 25cm aprox)
(hope I haven´t overlooked any other entry of this same book, I haven´t seen it)
Really nice, I hope some day I´ll see a similar book from here

No, I am not going to give you that book
Better spend our money on something that really helps you to identify Iberian Syrphidae, and this book doesn't help much. Even though I am proud of it...
If you really want to spend money, buy Van Veen (I will help you with the addenda). Buy Stubbs & Falk's British Hoverflies second edition 2002. Buy the new Swedish Hoverfly Books, with keys...
You know where to find me if you need more info...
