This is a interesting little fly, about 4 to 5 mm big.
I pictured it on 23 of april in Wageningen, Netherlands.
Interesting part is that it has a very swollen first tarsal segment on leg 1. I think it is something like Empididae, but I am not sure.
Anyone with a better idea?
