I found this very small wasp (less then 1 mm bodysize) two weeks ago.
Any idaes for an id.?

You are very lucky. This is Mymaridae, the smallest of the small. I found only 2 in my life. There's one family that looks also like this, the Mymarommatidae, which are extremely rarely found and have a separate superfamily. I think antennae are different in that family.

Stunning photo ... how did you ever see it in the first place? Grin I have seen them in Malaise trap samples but they are like dust.

Actually, Mymar are giants among the Mymaridae and, when present, are reasobably well visible to a keen observer.
