Difficult... this one. Could be
E. pseudorupium female... or related. Could also be
E. interrupta, but with strange spots and very reddish hairs.

Yes, also very well possible. Usually it is very clear on the stigma, but not on this picture. I saw you posted a male from the same spot here, so... But I have caught several species of
Eristalis, including the mentioned ones, in Finland on one and the same spot.
One other thing in favour for
E. arbustorum would be the thickened first tarsa on leg 3, vaguely but not convincingly visible.
