Moscow region, early june, 8-9mm.
This one looks for me very much the same. Is it?

Good call, Nikita !

I see DC 3+3 (not 3+4), so it seems to be after all Exorista rustica group, despite the discal setae. This is exceptional (though not impossible).
Females cannot be identified in this group.
