I found this tiny spider in the kitchen the other day, and there were sone suggestions elesewhere that it was the above spceis, and that its more widely found down south, and then not that often.

The only thing I can say, is that's definitely not
Linyphia triangularis. The occur in late summer und look completely different (males very slender, somehow like a
Tetragnatha. And they would never occur in kitchens... ;-), they like meadows, hedges and gardens.
I also don't believe it's a (more dark) spiderling of those. My best guess would be a juvenile Theridiidae of some sort. But really only a guess...
