Hello,
I saw these two flies a few weeks ago near Heerlen.
The first one tried to look like Xyphosia miliaria, there were many of them on Anthriscus sylvestris.
The second one reminds a bit of Otites guttata, but it was smaller and
with other wingmarkings.

The top one is
Minettia inusta, one of the few Lauxaniidae with such an extensive and distinct wing patterns in North-Western Europe.
The bottom one is
Pherbellia cinerella. Last weekend I saw hundreds of this member of the Sciomyzidae near Haarlem (Kennemerduinen) where I swept the from low herbal vegetation. Tho colour pattern on the frons withe the somewhat darkened wings make it easy to recognise.
