Culicidae fly... ANopheles sp.?

It's not Anopheles - in this genus the females have palps that are as long as the proboscis.
This is a ... different genus Wink

so which one? Smile And why this fly is a female? Did you look at the eyes? Is this the criterion?

It's a female because it has short palps - (almost) all male mosquitoes have long palps. The eyes are similar in males and females. The male and female anophelines are distinguished by the structure of the palps (they are clubbed in the male).
I expect this is Culex pipiens - but I say this only because it a plain coloured species that is very commonly found indoors. I cannot see the necessary charcters on the photo to be sure of the identification.
