Hi

unfortunately there are no better pics of legs and head available. I'm not able make the difference between H.trivitattus and H.pendulus. Could I get some help please?

Switzerland, near lake zurich, garden, 24.09.2010, 412 msm, size about 12 mm

I would say female H. trivitattus, based on the spots on tergite 4.
