To try to ID Hydrellia species forbiden by Kahis and Tony. Otherwise I'd say H. griseola?

As we cannot see the colour of the palps, the front coxae or the face, and it's not clear whether there are posteroventral setae on the mid femora,
and it's a female, only a brave Russian would attempt to name this!
(But you are probably correct.
)

Am I still too brave if:
palps yellow with dark basal 1/4;
cx1 dark (at least same color as body and not yellow);
face golden dusted;
no question about f2 in Narchuk key, but I think there is 1 strong pv near apex with company of row of pv hair more basaly;

Yes, still too brave.
H. griseola should not have a row of posteroventral hairs on f2 (at least in the male - I'll have to check this in the female and get back to you!). Did you catch any males at the same time? It's so much simpler with genitalia!

Idon't think that ID by genitalia is too simple, but I have male too, according your lesson (in case of S. paludum).

That's great. The figures in Narchuk's key are not very good, but they should enable you to identify the male with certainty.
It is worth learning how to make quick genitalia preparations of these small flies. For many acalypterate families, it is the easiest way to check an identification, and can often be used for females too. It is also how many new species are discovered!
