Hmm, hard to see enough of it - could be something like
Phryxe sp.. We really need good close-ups of: the wing (enough to see hairs); face (to see all bristles and eyes); and scutellum (for those apical scutellars)

I agree with Lydella grisescens.
It is difficult to see, but:
scutellum is completely dark (al least tip red in Phryxe)
eyes seem bare
and vertex is very broad (even too broad for a Phryxe)
Moreover, the arista is thickened on a major part.
