Mycetophilidae (Fungus Gnat) probably a female
Zygomyia sp. , We'd have to see the wing. Don't think its a
Sceptonia as there appears to be ventral bristles on mid-tibia though they are weak for a
Zygomyia. Wouldn't say it's a
Mycetophila sp. but it could be
M. stylata. Maybe xylo will know, Change thread name to Mycetophilinae sp.

Wing veins would be very useful. For excluding
Sceptonia the angle and the grade of the image itself make it difficult to judge. Anyway,
Sceptonia,
Epicypta,
Platurocypta,
Zygomyia and some
Mycetophila species are known to hold wings in that way.
