Hi

found today, this syrphid. Is it Epistrophe? Is it possible for ID? At home I thought, that I had found perhaps two diffrent Epistrophe. The colours were such intensiv. Orange antenna.

Switzerland, 16.04.2011, 430 msm, near small wetland and edge of wood, on cleaver
I'm sorry, no other angels, the syrphid was very busy and fast in escaping.

Yes, a female Epistrophe. Could be melanostoma, but there are other possibilities...
