It does not look like spider thing to me.
Body of catterpilar like 6-7 mm. Under apple tree leave.

Any commments ?

Moth caterpillar? It seems green gastric contents are visible. Preparing to pupate?

I don't sure, but some ichneumonids parasitize on some (e. g. tetragnathid) spiders. On final stage larva suck out the spider's opisthosoma and then it pupate in dead spider's web.
