Isn't that little thing cute? Who knows this tiny wasp? Seen in Berlin in June 2010.

Many thanks to you all! I cannot remember oak presence, however, they are quite ubiquitous (though most of them suffer badly from oak decline). So we have a good name for our little beauty.
