I'm not an expert on Spanish tachinids and I have never seen
E.rufiventris ... and the photo is hiding most of the interesting features. But I'd have guessed it was a
Linnaemya sp.
The second looks very like a male
Phasia aurigera - and I look forward to the day that we can see them in England

The first one is a Peleteria in my mind, (Chris,second antennal segment longer than third !), there are several species. Definitely no Exorista.
The second one is indeed the already famous male of Ph. aurigera.
