I think second one is Hilara male.

Top one is
Rhamphomyia (Megacyttarus)
, most likely
crassirostris
(female), the bottom one probably
Empis (empis) nigripes
(male).

After I have seen the collected specimen I can confirm the top one is indeed
crassirostris
.
