Wonderful photos, Nikita! I think it's too pale for
mantis, but being a female it's difficult to be sure. I'll get back to you on this, but I'd be surprised if
Ochthera schembrii does not occur in Southern Russia.

The red tarsi are typical of
Ochthera schembrii, and it matches in all other visible characters To be absolutely certain, the specimen should be dissected (I can send you pictures of the bits to look for). Or find a male, which has secondary sex characters on the fore tarsus.
O.schembrii is known from Turkey ( as in your
http://www.dipter...post_13865 ) and Turkmenistan, so is highly likely to be found anywhere on the Black Sea.
