Hi together,
another
Choerades found together with the one posted before. May be it is
Choerades marginata male?
Location: Germany, Lower Saxony, Göttingen, Kerstlingeröder Feld, 300msm, on dead wood near forest edge, 05.07.11 ~15mm
Thanks for help, Christian

Image 1 and 2 seems to be
Choerades fimbriata males, although there is no good view on the first tergite. Image 3 is a female of a
Choerades species (not
C. fimbriata!) - I'm unable to check the length of the antennal segmant - please have a look on

Hi Dysmachus,
yes,
Choerades fimbriata is probable, because only the first tergite have white hairs. The female would be
C. femorata since my attempt to measure the antennae results in a proportion of 1:3 for pedicel/scape.
Thanks for your help, Christian
