Similar to pyrastri but with yellow marks. Front is not bulging so ???

It looks like Eupeodes corollae female to me.

Can be.
Scaeva
has not so massive yellow marks.

It's not Melangyna. Unless you have another species which looks like Eupeodes corollae, that's what it is.
