These are surely flies from the family Sepsidae. I can't see spots on wings, but if there are some spots, then you have genus Sepsis. Wink

There do not appear to be spots, so that really leaves the genera Nemopoda and Themira. By the over-all colour pattern, I assume the first, possibly N. nitidula.
