1. Yes, Heleomyzidae. Wait for Anndrzej.
2. No, it is Muscidae, I think female of Polietes lardarius.

The first one is Schroederella iners (Mg.) - a female !!!.

Maybe a soemwhat strange late reaction. Andrzej, on 12th November 1995 I found on a sunnu open spot in a small forest in Budapest 2 males and 1 female S. iners. Laszlo Papp checked the specimens. He said he considered it very special that 3 specimens were seen together, because until that time only single specimens were collected. The flies were very active. Despite the rather low temperature the flies were flying very rapidly from one sunny spot to the other.

Sorry, but I have no time for disscusion !. There is a second photo I now ragarding the Schroederella iners (Mg.), and first where the female has been taken.
