Sonchus oleraceus over a small stream near its confluence with the Nara River. Size slightly less than 8 mm.

Spectacular photos, Dima. Any chance to collect for me some these Oxycera?
I only saw Oxycera rara and Oxycera varipes so far.

Here's a reply I got from Dr. Rudolf Rozkosny:
Your image represent a typical form of Oxycera falleni. It is true that the colour of legs is somewhat variable but all specimens known from our country possess the same leg colour as your female. Especially the females from southern Europe may have legs entirely yellow.
