Hi together,

found this nice little thing today (September 4th 2011) on Pimpinella anisum close to the Cruz del Gallo, Road to Don Pedro (Spain, Canary Islands, La Palma, Garafia, about 800 msm).
Is it C. triarcuatum?

Thanks for your help,

Marc

Sure looks like correct.
If you are willing and able to catch it, I would be very very happy to examine the specimen, please?

Ciao, André

Hi André,

I'm sorry, I'm already back home and I haven't caught one of them.
If you want, I can send you some more pics, just let me know your e-mail-adress.

Hi Marc,
thanks for the offer. Better may be, to post some more of those pics here, and after that, offer the best shots for the gallery. What do you think?

Of course I can do so! I tried to attach more pics, I just was fighting with the system...

If you want some pics for the gallery, just let me know, what I have to do!

Cheers,

Marc

Hope you can catch me a nice couple next opportunity, what a nice species it is!

On the left side of the page here, under the header 'gallery links', there's a tutorial how to submit photos for the gallery.
It is not so difficult.

Cheers, André

This plant is not Pimpinella anisum. It's Foeniculum vulgare.
