The haired eyes and spotted abdomen make this a Dasysyrphus.
The species is, due to the dark lateral margins of the tergites and the entirely black antennae either a D. pinastri or a D. lenensis.
As the sternite is not visible the only way to seperate these species is by the dusting on the frons.
Then I'd opt for D. pinastri in this case.
