From the host & size I'd say it must be a braconid of the Aphidiinae

What about an Ichneumonidae,
Diplazon sp?
#4
Probably Diplazon tibiatorius (THBG, 1824) female, parasit of larvae Syrphidae.
#5
Indeed, Ries van der Hout told me it looks like a Diplazon, a parasit of Syrphid larvae.

Strange ... maybe there is a hidden syrphid larva somewhere

Probably Diplazon tibiatorius female
Sometimes the egg is deposited in a plant louse or an egg of syrphe, the egg awaits the passage of a larva of syrphe or that the larva of syrphe grows to eat it!
