Turkey, neart Kushadasi, sea shore, 6-7mm.
Could you help me?
I think that f3 basaly has not only several ventral setas, but also a process - Fucelia fucorum.
But tibias aren't black - Fucellia tigrina.
What do you think?

Hello Nikitia!
1. It is definitely
Fucellia
2.
F. tergina or
F. maritima. The protuberance on hind femur seems pointed which is a character for
maritima, but other characters (height of gena below eye) point towards
tergina. Can't help you further (can't help you at all, that is

I have to disturb Dr. Ackland for ID...
I found that there is no need to disturb Dr. Ackland, because in Dr. Ackland key for British Anthomyiidae, there is key for Fucellia species.
Gena narrow, no hairs at all between presutural ac, male f3 basal ventral tubercule rounded at end.
Fucellia tergina.
