Edit2: uups, second look at thorax tells me mine is not t.palidocornis, but in generarl it does look like Tanytarsus.

Many Tanytarsini are superficially similar to Polypedilum and related genera. Your fly has R-M nearly perpendicular to M and R5, which is the key character used to distinguish the tribes.

Other considerations: Tanytarsini usually has wings haired, R4+5 shorter than M, anal lobe reduced to nonexistent, and dorsal eye extensions absent.
