Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Dolichopodidae ??

I think this is a member of the Family Dolichopodidae? However the wing venation seems to be slightly off of what Borror et al, 1970 is showing. Location: Garden in back yard. Size: ~8mm

I think it is male of Dolichopus brevipennis.

The 2nd picture is most probably also Dolichopus brevipennis.
