I found this Stratiomyidae larvae (Rajolins river, Beuda, Girona, Spain, UTM31T DG7477, 380 m., 5-5-2012) about 10 mm long with a characteristic "X" pattern on the dorsum. Is it a diagnostic of a few genera?? It looks like Odontomyia. This place was very near the first spanish locality for Lasiopa tsacasi.

Looks as a typical Oxycera sp.
elongated prothoracic spiracles, posterior spiracular opening with ventral emargination.
I'm sorry, but I do not know the larvae of Lasiopa
definitely not Odontomyia or Stratiomys or any other aquatic stratiomyd stage.
edit: I just found out that the larva of Lasiopa villosa resembles Nemoteles, so......
