First flies in 2007!
In our town park, beside the river, 2 specimens, active among dry stems and leaves of
Phragmites australis
. Size around 2mm. Hope it's not
E. tuberculifera
...

My geuss is Rhopalopterum femorale.
I wish to know what Emilia Narchuk thinks on that matter...

I thought wrong
According Emilia Narchuk it is Elachiptera diastema without visible dusting on mesotonum.
