This small fly was on a wall inside home (Catalonia: Girona: Beuda: Can Grau) the 30th october 2012. Could someone tell me the genus?
Thanks in advance

Hello, Rafael!
I am no expert, but this one looks for me like
Drosophila hydei (Drosophilidae).

Paul Beuk asked for a lateral view... The Drosophila is tricky! Do you have a good lateral view? From what I can see now, the lateral view resembles hydei, but the tip of the first costal segment seems to be darkened, which would indicate repleta...
I'm sorry for the pictures; also I took the pictures on the tips of my feet

D. hydei seems okay.

Due to this post at iNaturalist https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/65113709 and the identification tips here: https://www.inaturalist.org/journal/carnifex/43576-help-with-fruit-flies-id-tipps-for-common-drosophila-species
It seems more like
D. repleta:
The wing area near costal break is darkened (only slightly here, but it is):

There are clear yellow spots in dark abdominal stripes sides

Taken all together, it seems to be D. repleta. The two species seem to coexist in different parts of the world with different results. In central Europe D. hydei becomes more common while the number of D. repleta is descending.
