I think my photo shows a Melanostoma species, but I don't know which species exactlySad.

Melanostoma mellinum?

Foto: Duisburg (Germany) - 4.4.2007 - species 8-9mm

it is a Melanostoma in my opinion, but for me is more scalare.
But let listen other opinions.
