A type of blow fly by Anthony Kei C

Is this fly belongs genus rhinia?

It is found on grass at a foot hill in Malaysia. The size is slightly smaller than an adult common housefly.

It is indeed in Rhiniini.
Whether it is Rhinia, I don't know, looks like Stomorhina.
