Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Very tiny Nematocera -> Ceratopogonidae

Hello!

Sorry for the bad picture quality, but this critter was under 2 mm small. At first I thought of some hymenoptera, but at a closer look it seems to be a Nematocera. But which family? Maybe Ceratopogonidae?
